GENERAL RULES & INFORMATION:
When entering Peachwood Recreation Club, please present the front desk with your name.
The host must provide one adult chaperone for every 8 children under the age of 13. Host is responsible for any and all non-member guest fees.
A guest list must be provided to the pavilion coordinator 10 days prior to the party. If one is not provided 10 days prior, your reservation will be cancelled and half of your deposit will be forfeited.
Glass items are prohibited.
Renter is responsible for: set-up, all clean up, including returning tables to their original place, any damage during use and the conduct of all their guests.
Any and all signs, banners and decorations are to be tied or hung using painters tape. The use of staples, tacks, nails, etc. is NOT permitted.
Trash / garbage must be placed in the containers provided. All litter such as cans, cups, paper plates, utensils, etc. must be picked up from the grounds, play area and tables.
Pool rules and regulations are posted in the pool area.
Children should not be left unsupervised. Parents are responsible for the conduct of their children.
Outside amusements, bounce houses, or other like inflatables, are NOT permitted.
Driving or parking on any grassy area is subject to parking violation fines.
Renter is responsible for notifying guests of these rules.
Grills are available for use on a first-come basis.
Guests may stay at the club, only with the party host, after the party ends, but must exit the pavilion area for cleaning and set up of next party.
Only rubber diapers are permitted in any pool (no disposable diapers of any kind)
Anyone that is not potty trained will not be permitted in the main pool.
No floating devices will be allowed in the pools. Only vest or water wings are permitted.
Parties may not be booked on: Dance Nights, Pool Socials, Swim Team Celebrations or Holidays.
Children 12 and under need a Deep Water Band in order to use the diving board.
