Reservation for pavilions open on May 15th. The first pavilion rental availability begins on June 15th.
To book your reservation, please log into your account. From there please select “Make Reservation” from under the “My Reservations” Drop Down Menu
The main pool pavilion is split as Main A and Main B. Each half allows for a capacity of 50. If you are looking to book the full pavilion, your reservation must be scheduled on both halves for the same time slot. Each half of the pavilion is $50 (or $100 for the whole pavilion) for a 2.5 hour party.
The splash pool pavilion is also a capacity of 50 for the cost of $50 for a 2.5 hour party.
The time slots for each pavilion rental is 11:30 – 2:00; 2:30 – 5:00 and 5:30 – 8:00.
Upon booking your pavilion rental, please go into “Make a Payment” to make a credit card payment for your reservation. Within 24 – 48 hours, you will receive an email from the pavilion coordinator with the rental agreement as well as a guest list form. Further instructions will be in the email.
Costs for all non-member guests is to be paid directly after the party via cash or check. Guest passes may not be used for the parties.
Non-Member Guest = $8.00 ea.; Over 65 (with proof) = $5.00 ea.; Under 2 years old is free.
No pavilion rentals on holidays.
