Pavilion Rentals at Peachwood

Interested in reserving the pavilion for a party? Here’s what you need to know!

Pavilions may be rented for specific 3 hour time blocks as follows:

  • 11:00 am – 2:00 pm
  • 2:30 pm – 5:30 pm
  • 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Pavilion rentals are booked online through our membership portal. Payment must be made at time of booking.

Large Pavilion Rental (20’x40′):

  • $5 per table
  • $35 for ½ the pavilion (9 tables)
  • $65 for the entire pavilion (18 tables)

Splash Pool Pavilion Rental:

  • $45 for the entire pavilion

Guest Fees (paid immediately following time of party):

  • $7.00 for each non-member guest (adults and children)
  • $4.00 for seniors 65 and older
  • Children 2 and under are free

Note – 3-hour limit on table reservation

  • Guests may stay as long as they wish but tables cannot be reserved for more than 3 hours.

No reservations may be made on the following dates:

  • Dance nights
  • Crab night
  • Swim team events
  • Holiday weekends – members may save a table for themselves only

Parties for children 4 and under are suggested to be set up on the baby pool side.

No rain dates can be held.  Manager may cancel party due to weather and at that time you may schedule a rain date or request a refund.

If party is canceled for any reason, a full refund of deposit will be given.

If member doesn’t cancel and doesn’t show, no refund will be given.

Guest passes may not be used for parties.

Guest may stay as long as they like at the club after party ends, but may not keep the tables reserved for more than 3 hours (NO DOUBLE BOOKING)
