As the host club, Peachwood has the opportunity to bring a substantial profit into the club. Those that have been members for over a decade may remember that our current Pavilion is the result of profits earned from a previously hosted championship meet.  It has not yet been determined how proceeds might be used from this event so if you have suggestions on club improvements please submit your ideas to us either via email or comment cards once the facility opens for the season.

Planning has already begun and updates will be posted on the www.peachwoodrc.com website. All swim team families will be participating and other club members are encouraged to volunteer time to make this a very successful and profitable event for the club!  The swim team will be looking for volunteers in number of areas such as concessions, logistics, planning, budgeting, advertising sales and publicity, as well as anyone with business connections interested in advertising or to offset expenses. Invoices for the 2010 swim season will be sent out on Februrary 28th. If you were a full member last year and do not receive your invoice by March 7th, please contact us immediately. Full payment is due by April 15th. Payments postmarked after April 15th will be subject to a $25 late fee. Failure to pay in full by May 15th will result in your membership being suspended.
