Invoices for the 2010 swim season will be sent out on Februrary 28th. If you were a full member last year and do not receive your invoice by March 7th, please contact us immediately. Full payment is due by April 15th. Payments postmarked after April 15th will be subject to a $25 late fee. Failure to pay in full by May 15th will result in your membership being suspended.

Peachwood is a Non-Smoking Club |

Reminder that as of 2009, Peachwood became a non-smoking facility to comply with local non-smoking ordinances for public gathering areas. Please refrain from smoking inside the facility. A smoking station will be provided outside of the front gate along with a container to collect used cigarette butts.

Medical Information Form Required! |

Per the Peachwood Recreation Club by-laws, all member families must
have a medical information and release form on file in the office prior
to being admitted to the club. This form must be completed annually and
provides Peachwood staff and other medical personnel important
information in the event medical treatment must be provided to your
family.
Copies of this form were mailed with the annual invoices and may also be downloaded <<here>> .
Please
help us and other medical personnel in providing proper care to your
family by completing this form and ensuring it is kept up-to-date with
any new information during the swim season.
Forms will be kept locked in the office and will only be accesses by pool managers in the event of a medical emergency.
